Welcome to The Hermes Retail Week Supply Chain Awards 2012, recognising and rewarding excellence in all aspects of the retail supply chain.
After the success of last year's awards, we are once again calling for retailers and supply chain partners to step forward, and submit an entry that highlights their excellence in the retail supply chain.
The Hermes Retail Week Supply Chain is the one night when supply chain teams shine, in recognition of their importance in an increasingly multi-channel trading environment. It's the opportunity to highlight a key component of retail success and a great chance for the industry to gather together and recognise the contribution of the supply chain.
Categories include Green Supply Chain Initiative of the Year, Online Fulfilment Initiative of the Year and Global Supply Chain Project of the Year which is new for 2012. Click here to see the full list available to enter.
Entering the awards is quick, free and easy:
- View the categories you wish to enter
- Register your details to view the questions and criteria
- Complete and submit an online entry before May 25
Winning an award is the quickest and easiest way to gain recognition and to reward your teams; but don't just take our word for it:
"This was a fantastic achievement for us as a relatively small retailer, up against some of the largest names in the UK. It has given the whole team a real boost as it reflects their hard work over the past few years, as well as creating genuine credibility across the whole business. It also recognises Travel Retail as an important and very professional sector in its own right. We've found a number of suppliers and job applicants have spontaneously mentioned the award without prompting."
Dan Curran, Head of supply Chain, World Duty Free
The winners of the awards will be announced at London's Grosvenor House Hotel on September 12. Remember to book your table early as we sold out last year.
I look forward to reading your entries and seeing you on the night,
George MacDonald
Deputy Editor, Retail Week
